Shipping charges are based upon the weight or size of the items you order.
*MOST Items are drop-shipped via UPS; However, we may use USPS in some instances at our discretion. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
*Items shipped via Motor Freight MUST be delivered to a Commercial address.
It is our policy at RVeParts.com to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return merchandise, email or fax us at (615) 784-4335 with a copy of your original order. We will issue you an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number that must accompany your return and must be marked on the box. All products for return must be uninstalled, and in their original Packaging. Products returned in non-resaleable packaging will be subject to a re-packaging fee of up to 20%. Drop-ship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Service Parts and Special Order items are non-returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original order.
It is our sincerest desire to get you the parts you need as quickly as possible for the best price.
Awning Parts and Fabrics are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not returnable unless they are damaged in shipping. Any shipping damage must be reported at time of receipt to the carrier's driver. And the shipment must be REFUSED!!!
Electronics are not returnable to our vendors, therefore we do not allow returns on electronics.
Please make sure that you are ordering the correct part for your Air Conditioner, Water Heater, Furnace etc. We would be more than happy to look up the correct part for your model number.
All awnings and awning materials are NON RETURNABLE. Please be certain that you have the correct model number BEFORE placing the order. Our service representatives would be glad to assist you in this process. There will be no returns on electric parts (boards, motors, capacitors etc).
We want to make sure you receive your parts in good condition. Do not sign for anything until you have inspected your shipment. If you don't inspect it, and open the unit later and find 'hidden damage', there is no recourse for a claim. All claims for damage MUST be made at the time of receipt of the unit! Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing off--it's a relatively easy process to get a new unit or replacement parts if you do so. If an item is obviously damaged, simply refuse the shipment and the item will be returned to us. We can then promptly reship the item, however that is no longer an option once you have accepted the shipment.
